Delivery and Returns

Order online or by phone, and we aim to dispatch within 48 hours. All orders are packaged with care to ensure safe delivery. Delivery within Europe usually takes 7-10 days; other deliveries may take longer and are outside our control.

Our prices do not include taxes and tariffs. Customers outside of Ireland may be subject to customs fees and/or import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You must bear additional charges for customs clearance; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office or tax authority for information specific to your situation. Additionally, when ordering from LLR-G5 Ltd, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country where you are receiving the goods.

Lost and Damaged Orders

Please note that lost or damaged shipments must be reported within 21 days of dispatch.

Returns Policy for Food Supplements

We are proud of the quality of our products. If you find your goods to be in unsatisfactory condition, we reserve the right to request a return of the faulty goods with the consignment number on the outside of the box, by recorded delivery, and the product will be inspected. If the fault is agreed, we are willing to replace the product if it is returned within 21 days of delivery.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
